Could be closed - you’ll have to check with the farmer or the one of the local climbing shops in Queenstown. Other bouldering in the South Island? Nothing much except Castle Hill, which is quite good.
What happened to the old Powerband guides? Was just trying to find some info on baring head and froggat edge for a trip to the N Island, are they still available somewhere?
Hey guys, I’ve been spending a lot of time in Jardines the last few months, finding some new interestin easy, intermediate and hard problems. I’ve made a little topo that could be added to the already existing guide. Anyone interested? we have a total of maybe 10 nice problems, ranging from extended traverses to superhard one-move wonders. Just let me know and I will upload it! if anyone have any suggestions to the grades please feel free to say something! cheers
Hi Anton. I think you’ll need permission from the Jardines’ before publishing a guide - Sam specifically sought permission from them before sending me the stuff for his guide. Still, always keen to know more about what’s going down. Perhaps you could send it through and we can post details as a news item?
What’s changed man?
Mainly typo and layout corrections and a few updated descriptions.
