Ω Wellington climber Ivan Vostinar is just back from a busy week at Wuthering Heights, where he opened several new problems including The Engorger V9 (”SS (1st crux) then long traverse R on slopers to 2nd crux”), Powerlicious V9 (”Four beast moves from ss”) and Slap Attack V7/8 (”SS undercling and big move to sloper top-out”) along with a handful of V6s and V7s.  He is nothing if not prolific Ω

    hey,

    This probably isn’t the best place to post this, but haven’t found anywhwere else to track you NZ climbers down. Im moving to Christchurch in the end of jan from Scotland and thought i would try and find some folk to get climbing with when i get there. Its a coulple of months away but im f*cking psyched so thought i’d just give a shout to whet my whistle.

    and also if anyone knows of a room to rent in Christchurch longterm let me know.

    Psyched is good, fucking psyched is better. I’ll be back in Christchurch in a couple of months and if I can still walk, I’ll climb with you. Can you top-rope belay…?

    just found that mojozone thing, looks like a better place for my lonely heart column! Sorry for taking up your space i can see you’ve got a lot of important things to discuss here.
    Sounds good pete, i can belay but im not going to carry you to the crag so make sure you get those pins working soon.

    Read a story there on mojo zone about a pete snapping his leg take it thats you? Hats off to you that problem looks sick, saw it on youtube. We could do a deal you can show me the good problems and i’ll carry your sack!(or push the chair)

    Hi Lads

    All those problems are on the very bottom of the Wuthering Slabs. Some funny comments written here.
